How it works

One vertical, one dataset, run by software with a human checking it weekly.

1

Public source

The U.S. federal government's public spending database (USASpending.gov), published by the Treasury Department under FFATA and the DATA Act. The data is public domain; we repackage it into a daily vertical feed and cite the source in every file.

2

Daily pipeline

Every morning the pipeline pulls the previous day's Facilities Support Services actions (NAICS 561210) and re-checks the trailing 3 days, because agencies file late. Federal reporting runs 1–3 days behind, so the feed reflects what agencies have actually filed.

3

Delivered clean

Contract number, action type, mod number, winning company, transaction amount, awarding agency and office, place of performance, and a plain-English description — as a CSV in your inbox or through the REST API.

Questions, answered straight

Where does the data come from?

The U.S. federal government's public spending database (USASpending.gov), published by the Treasury Department. It is public record; we repackage it into a daily vertical feed. The source is cited in every file we send.

How fresh is it?

Federal agencies report with a 1–3 day lag, so the feed reflects the actions agencies have filed, usually 1–3 business days behind. We run the pipeline every morning and re-check the trailing 3 days so late filings still land in your feed.

Why are some amounts negative?

Those are deobligations — money pulled back from a contract. We include them because they are real signals: scope changes, terminations, and re-compete hints. You can filter them out in one click.

Is this insider information?

No. Everything here is public record, republished. What you pay for is the daily vertical packaging and delivery, not access.

How is this different from SAM.gov?

SAM.gov is free and has no alerts, weak search, and no usable export. We do one thing: this vertical, every day, delivered.

How is this different from GovWin?

GovWin starts around $6,000/year and is built for capture teams. This is a $49–$99/mo feed for a shop that wants the rows, not the platform.

What won't this do?

It will not replace a full capture platform, and we will tell you so on a sales call. It is one vertical, one dataset. What it will do is put a fresh, accurate list of who-won-what in front of you every morning for less than a business lunch. If that list starts one subcontracting conversation a year, it has paid for itself ten times over.
